Upgrade your truck's factory upper control arms with these high strength Adventure Series control arms from Zone Offroad. These arms are a direct replacement to improve strength and increase suspension droop travel. These arms are built from high strength steel, boxed, gusseted and fully welded for strength and rigidity. At the frame mount they use OE style rubber bushings for a long service free life and quiet operation. At the other end these arms feature an indexed ball joint cup designed for use with leveling and lifted applications. High strength ball joints are used with a protective ball joint cap to keep debris out. These upper control arms come fully assembled and ready to bolt in right out of the box.

  1. These upper arms are designed to work with Fox Coilovers, Zone 2" Strut Spacer, or 6" Zone IFS Lift.
  2. They may not work with all spacer kits available.
  3. Check for upper ball joint to coil clearance before installation of the arms.
  4. If the factory arm in the ball joint area hits the factory coil, or has less than 1/8" of clearance, the arms will not fix the problem. A different aftermarket strut spacer or replacement Fox coilover are recommended.

Great UCA

I got these for my leveled 2015 F150 Super Crew 4WD drive. These things are heavy duty. Night and day to stock UCAs. I have them installed with Rough Country Vertex 2.5 Coilovers. My ball joint angles look much better at 2.5 inches of lift. I’ve gained maybe 20-25% more suspension travel. This set up has my truck riding very smooth but stiffer in a good way. There is no noise coming from the front end. I had a shop install them as it’s winter here right now and I don’t have a heated garage. They will be a simple install if you’ve a got a little mechanical ability and it’s not 5 degrees out. There was no issue with alignment. Since I did pretty much an entire front suspension the shop has me bringing the truck in after about a 1000 miles to check torque on everything and to check alignment. My entire set up is 2.5 Rough Country Vertex coilovers 3in lift set at 2.5in Vertex rear shocks these UCAs Barricade front and rear bumpers raptor style grille Clazzio leather seat covers Linkswells T-style radio Rough Country cat back Armordillo chase rack and spare tire carrier Tyger Star Armor tube steps 17X8.5 +18 pro comp 34 wheels 295/70/17 Milestar Patagonia M/Ts plus some other small stuff. I absolutely love my set up and you can’t beat the suspension set up. You can easily pay another $500 for some of the big name UCAs but why when these are awesome. Plus they look really cool.

Seem tough but don’t quite fit proper

They seem like solid quality and look nice too however the ball joint stud is tapered and the nut bottoms out before the ball joint is seated so I had to add a few washers to each side for it to seat on the knuckle properly. For the price they should seat properly so I don’t know if I’d recommend them or not, I guess time will tell
