Terms of service

Claims

Zone carefully packages all orders prior to delivery. However, mishandling by the freight carrier can result in damage during shipment. The carrier is responsible for any damage while the order is in their possession. Therefore, all claims for damage or postage should be immediately reported to the freight carrier, as the responsibility of Zone ceases once the order has left our warehouse. Zone strongly encourages our customers to inspect any packages that appear damaged upon arrival so the freight carrier can be notified at time of delivery.

Orders

We prefer to receive most orders through our website. However, we also accept orders by telephone 517-278-1226, fax 517-278-2316, or e-mail (orders@zoneoffroad.com). All orders must include customer name or account number, name of person placing order, purchase order number if required, part numbers, quantities, and shipping preference. Every effort is made to ship orders within two (2) business days.

Payment

Net 30 terms are available to Dealers with an approved credit application, references, and up-to-date account. Net 30 privileges may be revoked at any time if the account is repeatedly past due. If collection action becomes necessary, any and all applicable legal fees will be the sole responsibility of the Dealer. Zone reserves the right to hold any orders on past-due accounts until the account is paid in full. Zone also accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Dealer Credit Card Fee

Attention Wholesale Customers with NET accounts. When paying on your account with a Credit Card a transaction fee of 3% will be applied.
