A friend on mine installed the lift on my ‘21 Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch and it came out amazing. Just the right size lift to get it sitting more aggressively and giving it that extra clearance I was after for my wheeling adventures. The build quality is excellent, especially for the upper control arms. They are cast Steel and super chunky. Way way heavier duty than the stock aluminum ones. Swapping the ball joint over wasn’t bad and my HF ball joint press worked perfectly with the sleeve that Zone provided. There are a couple areas of the install directions that could be more clear and ended up creating several hours of extra work for us. First make sure you get the right spacers in the front CS the back. Following the pics was difficult so pay VERY close attention to the part numbers. For my truck the larger spacers go in the back and the smaller tapered ones go in the front. We found out the hard way and had to rate it all apart and swap them. In my head since we were leveling out the truck in addition to lifting it, the larger ones went in the front which was wrong. So save yourself a ton of time and make sure you get this right. Zone could make this a bit clearer in the instructions. Next the part where it says optionally you can remove the bottom strut bolts should read that you have to do it. It’s nearly impossible to out the assembled strut with the studs in. We did it on one front side and it was a PITA. We air hammered the other side studs out and it was easy to remove. So Zone should list it more as “required” or “Highly recommended” VS “Optional”. Do yourself a favor and follow this step. We did struggle to get one of the studs out with the air hammer but my friend used a crow bar at the same time I air hammered and it came loose. The only other challenge we had was reinstalling the rear track bar. I disconnected the body mount vs the axel mount and when I went to reconnect it at the end of the install the only way We could get it back on was to use a come along and pull the body over across the axel and then it was easy. I did check and the body does still sit centered over the axel at ride height but it’s difficult to reattach anyhow.
I hope these tips help you out. Knowing what I know now I would be able to do the full install in 4-5 hrs as they state. But for a movie plan on a full day.
