Features & Benefits
This was a budget way to get additional lift. I combined it with a 2in suspension lift for about $600. It doesn't raise the hitch height, you can keep your stock wheels, and is hard to notice the frame gap. You will lose the front toe hooks. If I was willing to spent $2000 on a 4 or 6 in suspension lift, I would go that route to keep the tow hooks, more ground clearance, and no frame gap/body gap. I would give it 5 stars but the instructions were terrible and minimal. I used a youtube video and performance accessories body lift instructions as more info. If you don't clean or paint anything, you might be able to do the lift in about 8hrs. It took me about 12hrs taking my time cleaning and painting cut bumper and rusty areas. I also drilled weep holes in the big body mount washers to let water drain. It wasn't clear where some bolts and washers should be used. You will need some long socket extensions, and tall blocks to lift the body and bed underneath. Take your time and don't over lift the body or bed which might damage cables and hoses.
Great quality products, easy to follow instructions. Took approx 5 hours in my driveway with moderate tools. Installed on my 2014 SLT quad cab, seriously considering picking another one up for 21 Classic Warlock Crew
