Zone Offroad General Policies
Buy online (Continental U.S. only) - Products by Vehicle allows you to view and customize a kit or products for your specific vehicle. You can complete your purchase using a credit card or PayPal.
Buy from your local ZONE distributor. To find your local distrubutor simply add your zip code in the search field in the left column.
International customers – Call 888-998-9663 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete shipping address and shopping cart items and we will gladly help you with non-US orders.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also contact your local distributor or ZONE with purchasing questions.
Zone Offroad Products Warranty
To the original retail purchaser, Zone OffRoad Products offers a limited lifetime warranty, guaranteeing all its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as that purchaser owns the vehicle on which such products were originally installed. Warranty coverage does not include consumer opinions about such areas as ride comfort, fitment and design.
Products that wear out or fail due to the use of larger wheels or tires are not covered under this warranty by Zone OffRoad Products. Products installed on a vehicle used in any form of competition or racing are not covered by this warranty. The warranty on commercial application vehicles shall extend only 1 year. No warranty is available on items subject to normal wear and replacement.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products characterized by one or more of the following:
- Products that have been subject to abuse, neglect, accident, fire, improper installation or adjustment, and corrosion.
- Products that have been modified or altered outside of or beyond Zone OffRoad Products specifications.
- Products used in application other than those recommended in the current Zone OffRoad Products catalog or web site or in the instructions accompanying the Zone OffRoad Products product.
- Products that are used for competition or racing activities. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include polyurethane components, product finish and conditions caused by normal wear and use.
In a situation where a Zone OffRoad Products product is found to contain a defect in material or workmanship within the stated warranty period (unless caused by one or more of the above stated conditions), Zone OffRoad Products, at its option, will either replace the product or repair the product. To make a claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, purchaser must:
- Contact the original place of purchase for further instruction. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for warranty claims. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the product’s package. If originally purchased through ZoneOffroad.com, please call 888-998-9663 or email email@example.com further instruction.
- Include the original purchase receipt (or copy) indicating the place of purchase, date of purchase, and amount paid,
- Return the product, freight prepaid, as instructed by the original place of purchase. Zone Offroad is not responsible for freight charges.
NOTICE: If a replacement part is needed before the part in question can be returned, you must first purchase the replacement part. Then, if the part in question is deemed warrantable, you will be credited/refunded.
Freight charges, installation cost, labor cost, damage to related components, cost incurred due to down time of vehicle, normal wear and tear, lost profits and incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this lifetime warranty.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. There are no warranties expressed or implied (including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness), which extend beyond this Limited Lifetime Warranty described herein.
NOTICE: Zone OffRoad Products strongly recommends installation of products be done by a certified mechanic. If this does not occur be certain the person(s) installing the product read understand and follow all instructions and warnings pertaining to the application before installation. Installation instructions are also available prior to your purchase.
WARNING: Zone OffRoad Products does not recommend the use of a body lift in conjunction with a suspension lift ‘Kit’ or ‘System’.
PRODUCT SAFETY WARNING
Installation of suspension lift kits or any other lifting kits or devices will raise the center of gravity. For this reason, Zone OffRoad Products urges that extreme caution be used when encountering driving conditions which may cause vehicle imbalance. Furthermore, the driver’s field of vision and judgment will not be as good due to the height of the vehicle. Due to the installation of larger tires, the speedometer will read slower than the actual speed being traveled and more distance will be required to stop the vehicle. It is the owner’s responsibility to caution and warn any potential driver of the vehicle about these driving and handling conditions.
Zone OffRoad Products will not be held liable or responsible for damages or personal injuries resulting from the use of lifting devices and/or related products. The tires and rims should be changed to sufficiently increase the vehicle’s total overall width and stability to help accommodate lifting devices.
Zone OffRoad Products also recommends that the steering system on lifted vehicles be appropriately corrected to reduce steering stress and angles. Once completed, the vehicle should be inspected by a professional mechanic including such areas as the steering system, brake system, speedometer re calibration, and clearance, for tire and suspension travel and tightness of all installed products. Every Zone OffRoad Products suspension kit includes a “Driver Warning” decal and the literature explaining this information which should be read and understood completely before driving, and the decal should be placed in a position clearly visible by the driver and all occupants.
NOTICE: Most states have some type of law limiting vehicle height. The amount of lift allowed, and how the lift can be achieved, varies greatly. Several states offer exemptions for farm and commercial registered vehicles. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to check state and local laws to ensure that their vehicle will be in compliance.
Zone OffRoad Products reserves the right to make changes in design, materials, specifications and product changes as deemed necessary without prior notice and without assuming and obligation to modify any product previously manufactured. Obligation or liabilities will not be assumed with respect to similar products.

Zone Tow Strap Warranty
Zone tow straps are GUARANTEED FOR LIFE against breakage. If you snap one of these straps, return it with the original purchase receipt and we will replace it!
We cannot warrant against straps that have failed due to sharp objects or cuts or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling.
Return and Exchange Policies
Returns: Read This First
Before returning any parts, contact us to request an (RMA) Returned Merchandise Authorization number. All merchandise returned for credit must have prior authorization. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). The RMA # must accompany all returns. The RMA # must be written on the packing slip. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid.and are subject to a restocking and re boxing fee.
Returns on non-defective merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days from the invoice date and are subject to a 10% restock fee and up to a 10% re-box fee. The buyer will also be assessed any outbound shipping charges from the original purchase. No returns allowed on special orders, or on products that have been installed and removed. Obsolete or discontinued items are not eligible for return.
Items Damaged In Shipping
Shipping damages must be reported to us within 2 days from the delivery date. If an item was damaged in shipping, then we file a claim with UPS. UPS takes 3 days to review our claim and at the end of 3 days, if they accept the claim, they will pick up the item and deliver it back to us. When the package arrives back to us, we will give you a refund—may take 7-14 days.
In the event that you receive a damaged part, a return is possible as long as you bear the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be applied after all returns are thoroughly checked and we are satisfied with the condition of the items. Mounted tires are considered used and are NOT returnable. NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. All returns must be in the original packaging and include (installation components, instructions, etc).

If we shipped the wrong item you may return the item(s). Once the item has been received back, we will issue a refund. This will take take 7-14 days.

3.7 Inferences drawn from any of the information we collect to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Fox generally processes your Personal Information for the purposes of providing you with and improving our Services. More specifically, we process your Personal Information to:
4.1 To provide products and Services and maintain your account, including the online store portion of the website. Communicate with you in the context of your use of our Services (so as to obtain additional information where necessary and to provide you with information relating to the Services), and to fulfill your requests or answer your questions, including regarding warranty claims.
4.2 For marketing, such as customizing content you see or offering information on our Services we feel may be of interest to you, including by sending you marketing communications by post, e-mail, online advertising, or similar technology.

We will respond to Requests to Delete and Requests to Know within 45 days, unless we need more time in which case we will notify you and may take up to 90 days total to respond to your request.

Fox does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) preferences. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve your content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. Shipping & Damaged or Lost Items Information
Zone Offroad Products ships using UPS, USPS, FedEx Freight, and by various other truck freight companies for domestic shipments within the continental United States. Typically smaller orders (under 160lbs) will ship via UPS or USPS, whereas larger/heavier orders (over 160 lbs) will ship via a Motor Freight Carrier.
Motor Freight shipments can be shipped to a commercial (business) or residential address (home). We recommend having motor freight shipments delivered to a commercial address. It is common to have the kit shipped to the distributor or shop that will be performing the install, as long as permission is obtained from the distributor/shop. In the event a motor freight shipment must go to a residential address there will be an additional $50 residential delivery fee charged by the freight carrier. The freight companies charge this $50 residential delivery fee to setup a drop off appointment and to schedule a smaller truck to make the delivery in the residential area. Often there are times where a motor freight carrier cannot access a residential area due to tight turning radiuses, load restrictions, etc. Using a commercial address on your motor freight delivery will help avoid delivery restrictions and delays, insure prompt delivery, avoid the need to set up a drop off appointment, and will also avoid the freight companies’ $50 residential delivery fee. Motor freight shipments being delivered to a residential address may also require additional days for service and delivery. Transit times vary between the numerous different shipping companies, depending also on the product ordered and ship-to location.
Important: If shipping Motor Freight to a residential address, the customer must be home. It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect and sign for the merchandise at the time of delivery. See also, damaged and lost packages.
Damaged and lost packages:
If you receive a package which was damaged, i.e., the product inside the package is damaged or some pieces inside the package are missing, etc., please call customer service immediately at 888-998-ZONE or email your sales person of record, to report it. You must keep all of the original packaging. Do not throw anything away or attempt to install any component or product, and please, do not tear down your vehicle. Customer service will handle the claim process from here as this was not your fault. If your order was received incomplete, i.e. missing a complete box, etc., please call customer service immediately at 888-998-ZONE or email your salesperson of record to report it.
If you receive your merchandise by truck freight, pay special attention to what it says on the paperwork you will be asked to sign. It will say 1 skid containing X number pieces. You are signing for this many pieces. You must count and confirm the number of pieces before signing.
If you receive a package that was short or damaged which was delivered by a truck freight company, you must sign for it that way. Sign the bill of lading as (short) or (damaged) qty?, Item?, Description?, Type damage?, Etc. Please make sure that the driver acknowledges the situation, in writing on the bill of lading or else Zone Offroad Products cannot proceed in helping you with a claim on the product. The truck freight carriers are very specific on this matter.
If your package has been shipped to you from Zone Offroad Products and has become lost by one of the carriers, then a "tracer" must be started on the item/package. Zone Offroad Products, unfortunately, is at the mercy of the carriers in these situations and our hands are tied. We at Zone Offroad Products must abide by the rules of the carrier under these circumstances.
A certain number of days are allowed for the carrier to attempt to locate and deliver the package. If this cannot be completed, then a claim will be opened and Zone Offroad Products will be given permission by the carrier to reship to you. It is not Zone Offroad Products’ fault that the carrier lost your package. In an effort to eliminate this situation we attempt to ship only with the most reputable carriers available.
