How to use online
- Shop
Visit zoneoffroad.com and add the items you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart.
- Check out
When you're done shopping, proceed to the shopping cart page and verify your items.
- Enter gift card number and PIN
On the Shopping Cart page, enter your gift card number and PIN in the appropriate boxes. A credit balance will be displayed and the appropriate amount will be deducted from your total due.
- Submit your order
Once you've reviewed your order on the Payment Information page, complete the payment information section and click the "Submit Order" button. That's all there is to it!
Terms and Conditions for Zone Offroad Gift Cards
- e-Gift cards may be purchased at zonoffroad.com, or via phone from Zone Offroad products at 888-998-ZONE (9663) M-F 9am-6pm EST.
- Purchases with e-gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds.
- No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift cards; applicable taxes are charged when gift cards are redeemed.
- e-Gift cards can be redeemed only for purchases of merchandise at zoneoffroad.com, and via phone at at 888-998-ZONE (9663) M-F 9am-6pm EST.
- Upon redeeming your gift card, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance. When redeeming online this balance may be paid by credit card or Paypal. When redeeming by telephone, this balance must be paid by credit card.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law) and are not refundable if lost or stolen.
- E-gift cards usually arrive via e-mail within 24 hours. No hard copy is mailed
- When redeeming e-gift cards, any unused balance will be available for future purchases of merchandise or services for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
- No inactivity fees or or other service fees are ever applied for the possesion or use of e-gift cards.
